Here is a easy and delicious recipe to try for breakfast or brunch..really anytime of the day!

30 Quick Healthy Breakfasts on The Go!
First you need to melt butter in your pan and make sure that its covering the while base of the pan.....use as a base for your eggs so that they won't stick to the pan and butter tastes good too...
I took 2 brown eggs, cracked them open and added them to the pan at the same time.

I'm using spinach but you can use any green veggie you like. Make sure you rinse before cooking. You are going to add the spinach next...

I'm trying to healthy just a tad so when I go to the grocery store I try to pick up organic items...
Let cook until eggs are done on both sides...

I added salt and pepper for taste.
