My Chic Graduation Dinner

I hope everything is nice & sweet your way. Today's post is of my college graduation event which was decorated & hosted by my mom, who has a fabulous eye for event/home decor! First off, before I delve deeper, I want to announce that I official am a college graduate!!! Yay!!!! I graduated May 14, 2015 at 2:00 PM (lol) with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. College was a lonnnnng, wonderfully, sleepless, fun, frustrating, wild, confusing, eye-opening journey in which I found out a lot about myself as well as other people! I'm sure there are more adjectives that I could have added to that because there is no way that it could be summed up in just a few words! I enjoyed my years as a student now its off to the real world... :(

I wanted my event to be full of sweet, glamorous girliness with a touch of class. I went for peachy/corals and gold along with black & white stripe. Many of the small details were purchased from Target while others were ordered from Etsy and local vendors!

My love for sweets and fruit is definitely real so I had to have them but only in the most glamorous way lol Check out the dipped strawberries with gold glitter...ummm yeah, Fab 101! andddd delicious.

Also, a great way to display fruit below.

For my look, I went for sweet & elegant yet chic!
